The fourth and fifth dismissal

The 4th dismissal dated March 26, 2019
The 5th dismissal dated June 27, 2019

You see well, it's not a typo. Almost to the day exactly three months after the 4th dismissal, the 5th dismissal is dated. The texts of both are completely identical. At the Archbishopric they only pressed ctrl c.

The Archbishopric did not accept the 3rd loss – the nullity of the 3rd dismissal. They set the following conditions:

  • I will apply for a decree, and I can work in the hospital OR
  • I will go to perform administrative work at the Archbishopric's palace.

However, the decree offered by the Archbishopric meant becoming a cleric, of course in the Archbishopric's false claim.
By requesting a decree, I would deny what the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic established when it defended me.

So, I refused such nonsense. I refused to change the employment contract and to go to the Archbishopric's palace to perform administrative work.

A 4th dismissal followed, and to be sure of the liquidation of my person after 3 months the 5th dismissal was sent. Both dismissals are signed by bishop Wasserbauer, who, of course, did not speak with me before signing the dismissals.

I filed a lawsuit for the invalidity of these two dismissals. The Archbishopric made false and distorted claims before the District and Municipal Courts. Thus, both courts ruled against me, i.e., that both dismissals were valid because I should have been present not at the hospital but at the Palace to perform administrative work.

Czech law says that an employer cannot unilaterally change an employment contract. That is why, I had to appeal to the Supreme Court of the Czech Republic, which overturned the previous judgments and returned the case to the district court.
One court hearing at the district court was held in November 2023. The next one will be on May 13, 2024.
